Windchill10.0的清除管理器目前不能支持Requirement对象的清除，历史数据留在系统中非常影响系统的性能。
希望Windchill能支持Requirement、Specification对象的归档、清除。
虽然RequirementLink不再发展，但从Integrity同步到Windchill的需求仍然会造成数据量过大，清除数据是非常有必要的。
