Quality Object Ownership & Due Date

There isn’t any out-of-the-box field for the quality object ownership or due date. Clients often want to assign an owner to the overall quality object; this owner should be able to be used in some future task assignments. Additionally, an overall object due date is often needed. This is outside of the normal workflow task deadline.

Additionally, clients want to track aging and cycle time dashboards as they relate to ownership and due dates.  They expect this functionality to be OOTB and immediately ask to customize the objects when they find out it’s not the case.
