In Windchill 10.1 QMS, We can not designate a individual person to conduct a NC task, such as NC investigation task, NC disposition task, CAPA action and so on. As we see and understand now, in the Windchill QMS, a role could include a group of people, but we can not select a person from the role members to perform a specific tasks. My first question is how can we designate a specific person from the role members to perform the NC and CAPA tasks.
Another problem is : During the step of NC investigation, we choose “yes” for "Corrective Action Indicated“. When the NC closed, we found a CAPA request has not been created automaticall like the Customer Complaint Module. We suggest the NC could automatically initiate a CAPA request.
