Once a workflow is stuck because one of it's WorkflowActivities crashed with an Exception it's hard to find the related QueueEntry in the QueueManager.
Main Reason is, that the queumanager lists its queueentries without any information about the workflows and the primary business objects of the workflows the queueentries belong to.
Also it would be helpful, if the workflow applet would show related queueentries hanging with an exception
