Quick comparison of CAD iterations from CADDocument History tab

CAD users need to compare two or more iterations/versions of part and asemblies stored in Windchill. The light weight comparison using Creo View is very convenient becuase generally CAD data is very heavy, or the comparision functionality in the authoring CAD may be provided by the extra module depending on the CAD.

For specific Windchill version, for example Windchill 10.1 M040, Right Mouse Button was availabe on Version History table of CADDocument. So a user can open an iteration into Creo View directoly.

The latest Windchill is not support RMB on Version History table. A user has to go to respective info page of the iterations to open it in Creo View. This is a kind of deterioration of the usability. At least "Copy" icon should be provided in the menu bar of the history table.

It's working fine in 10.2 M010 for Creo files.  Maybe the issue is specifc to Catia docs...

The issue is not related to Authoring CAD. I asked about RMB to PTC Technical Support. The answer is:

No longer WC10.1 M050 or WC10.2 M020 have supported "RMB on History Table" due to a regression SPR.

This is why I posted this idea.
