REST API to retrive annotation information (description) from Windchill WRS

I'm developing a customized OA for once of our customers.

Windchill REST 2.0

3. Describe the problem you are trying to solve. Please include detailed documentation such as screenshots, images or video.

We are trying to display the annotation description in ThingWorx. Here is a picture of the information we are trying to retrive. 


Below is a picture example of the service GetRepresentationsByOperationID in OA. There is only the representation included and not the annotations. Same with the rest call in Windchill:

GET odata/v4/MfgProcMgmt/Operations('VR%3Acom.ptc.windchill.mpml.processplan.operation.MPMStandardOperation%3A42')/Representations?%24count=false

4. What is the use case for your organization?
Present information about the annotations in ThingWorx.

5. What business value would your suggestion represent for your organization?
Enable more information to our operators that already exists in the system.
