Windchill REST Services appears to only partially support custom attributes. For example, I am able to retrieve custom attributes I have added to a subtype of a part via the Product Management Domain, but I am not able to retrieve custom attributes added to a subtype of a product via the Data Administration Domain. If the subtype only returns the base type attributes the subtype becomes useless for REST purposes.
