As a part of the EU Annex 11, clients ask for capability to record the reason for change when a quality record is updated. This is a common request and a feature that should be configurable by screen or module or both. It may even be necessary to record the reason for change on an attribute by attribute level. The data collected for the reason for change should be saved with the audit trail information.
