Quality records have record id inconsistencies. In Customer Experience the Name column is used to store the record id (e.g. C-21), in CAPA and Nonconformance they are stored in specific fields, capaKey and ncKey respectively. There should be a cemKey field rather than using the name field. Additionally, there is not an easy way to configure the format of this field. Clients would like to have leading zero’s or at least be able to start at a higher number 100,000, etc.
