We are into Automobile engineering ( Cummins ) . My role is a I manage the FRACAS System for Cummins from a IT Perspective

When we associate issue with incident , the shared fields are not reflecting directly without refreshing Incident table. This process taking a lot of time. We suggest to reflect the fields without refresh or any easy way to populate the shared fields within the Incident table and Issue Table(Problem Table). This should be refreshed automatically in WEB as well , this is automatically happening in Desktop but the issue is seen in Web mostly . A refresh Button would be a great idea to resolve it .
4. What is the use case for your organization?
Use Case for PLM : To update the Incident data in the Problem table , automatically and reduce manual Retry .
Currently for WEB , we have to do it manually , and for Desktop it is happening on its own.
5. What business value would your suggestion represent for your organization?
This will avoid longer time for resolutions and manual effort and make it easy to use for the end users adding value to them
