Refresh Configuration Context should include 1rst level of part structure

Today (WC10), "Refresh Configuration Context" works only if the occurrence added to part structure is for 2nd level or below in part structure.

Ex:

Create this Product Structure:

Assy 1

   Part 1

>New Conf ctxt from Assy 1

Conf ctxt contains:

    Part 1

>Check out Assy 1 and Add Part 2 under

Assy 1

   Part 1

   Part 2

>Refresh conf ctxt

Part 2 is not added. The Enhancement would be to include 1rst level of the Product structure.
