We need the ability to register windchill cache server manager as windows service. we have registered all other components (Server manager, method server, tomcat, apache, DS) except this one component. Currently there seems to be an issue with this component which is preventing it to be successfully registered as windows service. we have tech support call on this issue and tech support couldn't resolve this (C10321894).
Impact: We are in the process of automating server start up and shutdown process and hand it over to infrastructure team. But with this issue of unable to establish windchill cache server manager as windows server is preventing us from automating this process. We are not able to hand over the server maintenance to infrastructure team.
