Report Time Period value under Product > Change Monitor page should be configurable

The Report Time Period value under Product > Change Monitor page should be configurable.

From experiences with a customer it follows that management is eager to use such reports, but they are useless if the time period is restricted to the current time minus two months.

This would really benefit as the default time period is too short
