Windchill email notifications for subscriptions are reported in Greenwich Mean Time. I can look at the time the email was delivered and generally assume that it when the triggering event occurred, but I wish the email would report the time in my local time zone. That's user friendly, as opposed to seeing the time stamp and trying to do the conversion in my head.
