Requesting the Ability to Manage the Maturity of a Project by a Workflow

Our APQP project has 5 Phases. We would like to manage the execution of the plan such that a review process will be held prior to proceeding to the next phase. Kind of like a promotion process.

• Results of this process would determine the next steps in the process. Example; Proceed, Reject, Revise
• This should also include the changing of the phase attribute.

Sounds like a great idea. It would be nice to have a stage/gate function in the plan. It would also be nice to have sub-projects in EPP that could all roll up to one parent. Slightly different spin on the same objective. Hopefully this one gets voted up.
