Issue:
We have users who move across different Projects within WQS FRACAS time to time. When users are moving across the projects, Users leave Incidents, Actions and List Library Choice behind where his/her Username is presented. This Data needs to be maintained as is. When we remove users from FRACAS Group related to project they are leaving, at present WQS FRACAS system replaces Username with User code for all Incidents and Actions and where their User name is presented.
Note:
We are not removing User from LDAP or from WQS Admin we are simply adding users to new FRACAS group while removing the Project they should no longer access. Regards, Sunny
