When a publication structure is being published and completeTranslationCheck=yes, the publish process fails on the first error.  The maxErrorCount property identifies the number of translation errors that were found.  If completeTranslationcheck=yes, request that the publish process continue until the end so that if up to maxErrorCount errors were found, they can be reported as an aid for authors to correct problems.  The current implementation fails on the first one and if 5 errors were found, this becomes time consuming if author has to check one by one.
