Search in table function in workspace

It would be nice to have whatever value you put in the search in table field stay until removed manually.  We are constantly searching in WS tables to find an work on parts...constantly having to type in the same valves over and over again to get the same view you just had is very tedious.

It only partially works in 10.1.

If you change your workspace view, the search filter is cleared.

So, this is not actually current funtionality if you change workspace views often.

true.  the filter is specific to the workspace that you have it applied.  it is not designed to be sticky when switching to a different workspace.

I wasn't talking about changing workspaces, I was talking about changing the view in the same workspace.  i.e. from "All" to "CAD Documents Only"

Thanks all for the info.  I think I will move us to 10.1 sometime early next year.
