It would be useful to be able to search on Security Labels, for example to be able to find all documents of a specific classification within a Product. Currently this is not possible (refer CS46438).
I agree this would be a useful capability and it is something that we do have in our backlog for future consideration.
In the meantime, there is an alternative solution to address this need. It is possible to use Windchill's reporting tools to create a report based on a Security Label value query. This query does require that one uses the internal security label values to search.
Once the repot is created it is possible to expose your report in Windchill's Advanced Search.
