Two emails are sent when User subscribes to Edit Content and update the Primary Content of a WTDocument in Windchill PDMLink. Request enhancement to prevent the duplicate email.
I do agree that if multiple events are triggered for one object for one user/group, one email should be sent out instead of multiple emails to the same user about the same target object.
