The server status page should include information about processids and Tomcat ports of all Methodservers

also there should de an info to find out on which Methodserver the current user is workin on

Reason: Sometimes if user got some issue you need to find the according logfile -- therefor the processid of the current user would be very helpful wen running multiple Methodservers.

Information about tomcat is needed for using modjk to turn off an on specific MethodServers

It will be also interesting to have in that page, a view on CADWrokers status, as is is the case for File Servers.
