Request is to have a pop-up message requesting to refresh the page as soons as the connection with the server is lost or an indicator somewhere (green light/ red light for exemple ) to check if the connection is still available.

 

Because the lost of connection with the server happen quite often (period of non-activity for example) and users still continue to work and get error messages or strange behavior.

@Anthony29 is this in regards to the connection between Creo Parametric / Workgroup Manager and Windchill? Or the user's browser session to the Windchill environment?

@tswett it's between the user's internet browser session and the Windchill environment (the issue is related to the MPMLink solution)
