Set SHOW related information as default for "show/hide functionality" in Part structure tab

I request a possibility to set "SHOW" related information as default for "show/hide functionality" in Part structure tab.

In this way the user dont have to click show in the check-boxes in the pop-up window "show/hide related information".

Preferably this should be done from the Site level/Preferences but it will also be ok  to be checked by default for a individual user setting.

This is neccessary to get full advantage of the structure for wt-parts and their related information. We feel this is a prerequisite for launching WTparts.

This settings should be a preference set at global for business needs, and also local user [if not locked at global].

For what it's worth, our business unit would also like to use the suggested functionality.

I think it should be a setting in the view controls, so in one view the documents could be always shown and in others they may be hidden.

We are at 10.2 now. Let's see when our system gets updated.
