Currently all Change Notices have default value set by OOTB. This cannot be changed an requires complex customisation. This is illogical in the case of other types of Change Notices

Yes! And it would be great to set in the lifecycle template per state a default.

Just like to find a way to make sure it gets set rather than waiting for a business rule to catch the issue
