Setting a default filter in the Process Plan Browser

Our user has to deal with complex View Hierarchy for setting the right filters.

In the MAPSB there´s the possibility setting a default filter for the Upstream and the Downstream side.

In the Process Plan Browser is only a preference - "Allow Editing Navigation Criteria Before Loading Structure" = Yes - which automatically opens the filter dialog if an user opens a Process Plan in the Process Plan Browser. 

Two user preferences would significantly improve usability managing process plans.

This user preferences control the applied filters opening a process plan.

The first one specifies the default filter for the process plan.

The second one specifies the default filter for the Releated Assembly Filter.
