Sharing PDM data to PL workspaces - "secured information" message

We have a workflow that allows any authorised user to share data from PDMLink to specified PL workspaces.  Note that these authorised users may not have any access into the PL workspaces.  Using the PDMLink Collaboration > Project Status tab, the user can review the data shares. If the user has access to the PL workspace, he can see which PL workspaces the data is "shared to".  BUT if the user has no access to the PL workspace the user gets the "Secured Information" message.

Enhancement - add a system switch that allows companies to either:

1) Continue with the "secured Information" message OR

2) Enhance the message to say (see attached image) "<Project name> contact <first project manager name> for more information"
