Show popup warn when user has Creo View open and the object change interation or lifecycle status

Some customers uses Creo View to see product information. So, when some user has Creo View session open and the product change interation or lifecycle status, the user need to change to Windchill window to see the notification. If some popup warn is show on the screen, the user has the warn immediately.
