From audit perspective, we would like to see the training records of deleted users against the training document. As of now, system list only activity and disconnected users training records but not of deleted users.
As a regular maintenance, when we delete the user his records are not listed against the training document, but the same training record still exist in the system, we can search by number. For audit purpose, it will be good if we still maintain the training records against all training documents.
