Site administrator should have the possibility to force ldap synchronization for all/particular users from the Participant Administration utility, that should not rely solely on the event of the user logging in to Windchill.
In case of ldap infos changed for a given user (e.g.:email address), the updated data won't be persisted into the windchill DB unless this user logs in to windchill, if he is not available, windchill will just keep the old useless infos.
