DTI should sort the same way as the Windchill UI in browser and Windows Explorer.

Currently DTI sorts differently:

STxxx

Saxxx

 

in contrast to sorting in Windows Explorer or Windchill UI:

Saxxx

STxxx

To clarify:

Sorting should be case-insensitive.
