Standard OOTB color change for Admin login

It would be nice to have the OOTB functionality when you log in a WC or ORG admin, that the UI is a different color.  Most small companies have people pulling double duties (user and admin).  I know most of my day I have my user embedded browsers and stand alone browser open....but also an admin window up too.

You could modify codebase/netmarkets/jsp/util/begin_custom.jspf to check for remoteUser and display something different at the top of the screen.  This page is included by nearly all OOTB pages.
