Subscriptions triggered by status of a Work-Item

It would be a big improvement if a subscription can be triggered by the status of a work-item. If, for instance, a work-item is changing to status completed an email notification should be triggered (e.g. similiar like it is already available for lifecycle changes of ChangeRequest objects).
