Supersede with New part action to auto name CAD document same as auto generated Part number

We want to configure "Supersede with New part" action such that the new CAD doucment is renamed as per the new Part number (superseeded part # which is auto generated). We want to see the behaviour as shown in the PTC help document (part 124 and CAD, DRW also have 124. How do we achieve this if my Part numbering is autogenerated). This feature is nto available today, but would be useful.

The snippet you shared works in a way that superseded parts and CAD will follow a different numbering sequence.

However we don't intend to have a different part numbering for Supersede, we want the part to still follow the same custom numbering as regular part, however the CAD should use the same number as the new part number. This is not possible using the above OIR config change.
