Recently at one of my client location IT team had blocked access for zip files in their premises and there was only support for rar files. There was no way that they would enable zip extension for compression on their engineering team computers. At such scenario it's a drawback for Windchill if customer identifies these drawbacks in Windchill software. Hope support for rar files will be added in future enhancements for Windchill PDMLink 11.0
