In the type manager we can Soft type or add IBAs on OOTB links (WTPartDescribeLink "describe by", WTPartreferenceLink "reference by", etc ...)

But they are not exposed in the UI to be able to create/update it ... (only possible on WTPartUsageLink for IBAs (not soft typing), and Configurable Links(softtyping + IBAs))

At Boston Scientific we also need the ability to soft type and update attributes on a Document Usage Link
