The default task assignments are by role, this is good and bad, the main issue with the quality modules is there are often very high volumes of records created and therefore a lot of users in any given role. So, when a quality task is created, it is assigned to all users in that role causing a large list of tasks being sent. Need a good configuration point to allow easier filtering based upon attributes on the main record. This could be people and place data, product data or a combination of those.
