The Replace option during Workspace Save As does not allow the selection of multiple documents.
During a Save As operation on a drawing, we would like to replace its related models with existing models in Windchill.
Currently, only one document can be selected for replacement at a time.
Ideas to resolve this issue:
Idea1:
With the preference "saveas.replace.w.ws.content" set, We only have three options:
- Checkout and overwrite
- Revise checkout and overwrite
- Do not Copy
An option should be added:
- Download
Idea2:
Modify the Replace option during Workspace Save to allow the selection of multiple documents at a time.
Idea3:
Have a new preference for example "saveas.replace.w.cs.content" that would be similar to "saveas.replace.w.ws.content", but copying documernts from the commonspace, not from the Workspace.
