I am not sure how "new" the help center is, but if you could make it more Wiki like and allow for comments and new user added material, I could see where that would improve the usability.
If it was curated correctly, PTC could even incorporate the best user additions into their materials. Crowd sourced help files, basically.
We are transitioning to a new delivery technology for all PTC Help Centers; for Windchill, we will migrate to the new application after Windchill 11.0. The new tool allows us to include a comment/annotation capability, and we are looking into the possibility of making it available on the community.
