The attribute value in associated WTPart were displaying twice after revising CAD document and related WTPart separately and manually associate them

Reproducible Steps:

Server: http://sh-ts-wuxi/Windchill/

Log in wcadmin/ts, go to Utilities > Type and Attribute Manager,
1. Creating two string attributes "CODE", "MATERIALS" ;
2. Adding this two attributes  "CODE", "MATERIALS" to CAD Document Type and Part Type;

Log in as contextadmin/ts, connecting ProE to Windchill,
3. Create a ProE part file with string parameter "CODE", value "mycode001";
4. Check in an EPM Document with "auto associate" option, the epm document A.1 and the associated part A.1 has owner link; you can see the attribute value is correct in WTPart, CODE = mycode001;
5. Creating a New Revision for both CAD Document and its related Part separately, their version will be B.1 ;
6. In the CAD Document B.1 detail page, select Action > Associate, search the Part B.1 , select "contributing content" as associate type, check in both.
