There is one of russian reliability handbooks "Справочник. Надежность электрорадиоизделий 2006". It's structure is very simmilar to Mil HDBK 217 but it has differences with coefficients (pi-factors). It is very important to get this handbook in WQS for all russian customers working with electronic parts.
