MS Info Path which is used by most end users to create all sorts of form and which is saved as .xml document is not supported for PDF publishing via a Doc Worker..

Unfortunately, Microsoft has chosen to discontinue the InfoPath product line. The retirement notice is located here: http://blogs.office.com/2014/01/31/update-on-infopath-and-sharepoint-forms/
