To embed “Description” in the email notification from Windchill for Promotion Request

The "Description" entered while creating the "Promotion Request" in Windchill should come in the Workflow Task page in the top above the activity name as shown in the below image. This feature needs to be present in Out of the Box Windchill functionality.
