In order to use the synchronization of attributes in a drawing or model representation, the creo view adapter must be configured with the unified workgroup manager for CAD application. This unified workgroup manager needs to be installed on the same machine as the Creo view adapter.

Although the creo view adapter is supported on server OS software, the UWGM is not supported on server OS. (only client OS)

This means that if you want to install and configure the creo view adapter for CAD application and setup the synchronization of attributes in order to represent the correct data, you have to install this on a client OS.

Can a server side UWGM be created to be used with the Creo View adapters?

That's especially a problem for, e.g. customers, using Windchill Essentials with a second worker for a foreign CAD system. WWGM is officially not supported on Windows server OS. The installation routine fails.
