Unable to create a Design Context from a Configuration Context filtered by a Baseline in Windchill PDMLink

We store all our engine configurations in Baselines. We can't create a Design In Context from a configuration context filtered by this way.

Failed to create Design Context from Configuration Context. Only Standard and Effectivity Configuration Specification types are supported.

I would like to be able to do it.
