Update Actions from Spreadsheet Should Include custom Attributes

Currently, the Export/import from Excel action available for Action Items does not include custom attributes added to the type when you export, and there is no way to get Windchill to recognize on import if you try to add them yourself.  There are many business uses for adding custom attributes to Actions for more granular reporting and tracking purposes.  Due to the volume of activities that a user could have, the import from Excel function is very valuable.  Not allowing custom attributes here is a huge gap in functionality and frustrating for users.  The current customizing action item attributes does not account for this use case either.  This function should behave very similar to the import from spreadsheet available from the container details page.

I agree 100%.  This is also important if you are using the Action Items in the context of a design review.  In that case, it is even worse.  You cannot even customize the action items table in the review to show your custom attributes.  You have to open each individual action item to even see the custom attributes.
