In the Manufacturing Product Structure Explorer you can create downstream equivalent occurences. Which enherit the occuencece information from the upstream structure.
As soon as you change the upstream occurrence information the up- and downstream structures are “out of sync” and you have to manually update each occurrence in the downstream Structure.
This can lead to mistakes which have a big impact, since the downstream BOMs are oftenly Manufacturing BOMs.
The update equivalent Part Action should have the option to update the absolute Occurrence-Information.
