Ability to load (LoadFromFile is not needed but a great tool we have used for this for batch loading):

com.ptc.windchill.enterprise.data.EnterpriseData objects into Windchill PDMLink

this has to include the link to WTPart object

At least the following database tables are affected:

ENTERPRISEDATAMASTER
ENTERPRISEDATAMASTERLINK

ENTERPRISEDATA

ENTERPRISEDATALINK
