Use manual-post to add different representations

Instead of trying to guess and cater all possible needs of end-users, it would be good to simply give them the choice of the output. For example: the automatic publishing would only create HPGL for viewing purposes and other formats, like PDF or DXF, etc. are created only when end-users request them by manually post-publishing additional files into the representation.

There are some cases where a digital signature on face of document is either required or desired, so "on-demand" generation/publishing of PDF would not be suitable.
