Being able to classify or build an "informational" structure or index Windchill Business objects (content, metadatas, history),
to be able to search informations in a "Knowledge" way.
For example , capitalize all Change Request and their resolutions to propose similar fix when creating a new Change Issue
or combined search like "All WTPart of that type, with this kind of issue...."
