The WPA BOM Collection reports (Part Sourcing and EC Data Completeness) are generated as CSV. This uses a default of comma delimited. If the user has been doing file uploads, their default delimiter is set to pipe and must be changed to comma to view the csv file correctly. THe BOM Collection reports should be generated as xls files like the other WPA reports.
